Return
Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, this is possible. If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt.
In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

The order still contains all the appropriate parts, components, and the packaging has arrived exactly as the product.

Normal handling of the product is evident; breakage due to careless handling is excluded.

Products for which hygiene is important have been thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.

The product has been found to be defective immediately upon receipt.

We are entitled to charge the customer for shipping costs.

A return will be processed within 7 working days and, if the conditions are met, will be officially acknowledged within this period.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to initiate the return process:

Include the following information in your email:

Order number

Reason for the return request

Photo of the product (in case of breakage)

First name + last name of the customer

Customer address

We will respond and provide you with the return address.
Never send the return to the sender. We will send you the correct address after your request.
You, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provision if the consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes not related to commercial or professional activity:
A. Cancellation Conditions
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party (not the carrier) received the last goods.
As we work with a fully automated system, orders are executed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process, and a refund is only possible after the goods are received.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us (FEMM atelier) via a clear declaration (e.g. by email).
The revocation is complete once we have received the goods. The cost of return shall be borne by the buyer.
Record for shipments in transit
As our goods are shipped from Asia, longer transit times may occur beyond our control. If goods are already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until receipt of the goods, then return them to us. You may notify us of your cancellation in advance.
To ensure fast processing, we ask that you send us a shipping confirmation when returning goods.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you (excluding delivery costs and any additional charges from non-standard delivery) within 14 days of receiving your cancellation and the returned goods.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged for the refund.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN THE NETHERLANDS AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
