Delivery Times & Shipping Information

Below you will find the average delivery time for all our packages:

  • Once an order is placed, we take 1 – 3 working days to process the order.
    During the week this usually takes 1 working day, but if you order on a Friday evening or during the weekend, it may take a little longer.

  • After processing, your order will be dispatched. Delivery takes an average of 8 – 12 working days.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace code so you can follow your package at all times.
You will also receive timely updates as your order progresses through the delivery process — from dispatch to arrival — so you're always kept in the loop.

How to Place an Order

Placing an order at FEMM atelier is designed to be as simple as possible:

  1. Go to the product page and click on the black "Add to cart" button for the product you want.

  2. Check carefully that you’ve selected the correct variant (e.g. size, color).

  3. Click on "Proceed to checkout".

  4. On the information page, fill in your correct address details.
    Make sure all fields are filled in properly.

  5. Click on "Continue to shipping".

  6. On the shipping page, double-check your address.
    All shipments are completely free of charge – we always cover shipping costs as a thank you to our customers.

  7. Click "Proceed to payment".

You can choose from the following secure, SSL-encrypted payment methods:

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • EPS

  • Sofort (Immediately)

Once you've chosen your preferred method, click on "Complete order".
You’ll be redirected to the payment provider to finalize the order.
